How is this different from Jobright or Teal?
They're monthly subscriptions — Jobright is $39.99 a month. Ours is $39 once, for 90 days. Read their reviews and the most common complaint isn't the matching, it's the billing: charges after cancelling, renewals nobody expected. We removed the mechanism rather than promising to behave.
Where do the jobs come from?
Directly from companies' own applicant tracking systems — Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby — not from aggregators. That's why the apply link goes to the employer and not to a middleman, and why we can tell you when something is genuinely new.
Why should I trust "posted 4 days ago"?
Because we don't take the company's word for it. Their own dates are often wrong — one board we watch reported all 619 of its jobs as updated on the same day. We record when we first saw a posting, and that's the number you see.
What happens to my résumé?
It's read in your browser and never uploaded. We send only the text to build your profile, and we don't keep the file. We don't sell personal information, and you can ask us to delete everything.
Will it apply to jobs for me?
No, and it won't in future either. Auto-apply is how you get filtered out. You decide what's worth your time; we just make sure you hear about it.
